An ink on silk hanging scroll depicts a person with light skin tone struggling against a storm. The figure leans forward, clutching a large dark umbrella while walking right. Monochromatic gray and black washes create an atmospheric landscape, with heavy ink representing a cliff in the upper left. Swirling brushstrokes and diagonal lines throughout suggest wind and rain. A column of Japanese calligraphy and a red seal feature on the left.
