Description

The dancer's robe is decorated with the crests of three kabuki actors: Ichimura Uzaemon IX, Nakamura Nakazo I, and Nakamura Tomijuro I.
A woodblock print depicts Segawa Kikunojo II, a figure with light skin tone, leaning right while dancing. He holds a large, radiating parasol over his head. His layered kimono features muted pink, gray, and orange patterns. His black hair is adorned with an orange band and floral hairpiece. Japanese calligraphy appears on the left, and a small red seal marks the bottom right corner against a neutral background.
