A hanging scroll in tan and gray ink depicts a dense landscape of craggy mountain peaks. Repetitive, dark brushstrokes define sharp ridges and textured slopes across layered, undulating mountains. Small patches of vegetation dot the highest crests, while the background fades into light gray silhouettes. In the lower left, a column of vertical Chinese calligraphy and a small red seal are featured (see "Inscriptions").
