A hanging scroll in muted ink and colors depicts four elderly men in long robes and a small child on a rocky ledge. The men have wispy beards; one holds a long staff, while another on our far left faces the vast background. A gnarled tree with dark needle-like clusters leans in from the right. Faint mountains and a vertical inscription appear in muted tones, bordering the expansive, open landscape.
