A handscroll depicts a garden landscape in muted green and brown. In the center, robed figures sit among craggy rocks and gnarled trees. To our right, a red-robed person sits in a pavilion while a white bird swims in a stream winding through the scene. The central image is bordered by a long, unpainted white section on our left and light brown and patterned blue silk on our right.
