This folding fan leaf in ink and color on gold paper depicts a rugged landscape. On our right, a gnarled tree with dark foliage sprouts from a rocky ledge beside a small, tiled-roof building. Muted brown mountain forms rise in the background and foreground. Several columns of Chinese calligraphy occupy the left side, and four red square seals are stamped along the lower edge of the artwork.
