A vertically oriented ink and color painting depicts a centered four-armed figure with deep blue skin. Staring intently with wide white eyes, the figure has a long red tongue protruding from its mouth. Two upper hands brandish curved pink blades, while lower arms reach outward. The figure wears a pink and orange striped skirt. An ornate border of multicolored dots and pink corner flowers frames the scene, accented by fine line work.
