A vertically oriented gum tempera and gold painting depicts Zuleykha, a woman with a light skin tone, reclining on patterned cushions on our right. Yusuf, a man with a light skin tone and a golden halo, stands on our left facing her. Two winged figures with light skin tones fly in a dark night sky above, pouring streams of gold. Persian script sits at the bottom within a wide, floral border.
