A teal glass flask features a flattened, circular body and flared neck joined by two small handles. Heavily fragmented, the vessel's right side contains dark blue and gray replacement pieces and a small hole at its center. A yellow band encircles the neck, while a wavy yellow line crosses the shoulder. The flared rim is decorated with a black and white twisted pattern.
