A sculpture glazed in pale turquoise faience depicts the upper portion of a column. The flaring body features vertical ridges that create wide ribs. Above, eight curved lobes project outward, supporting a cylindrical neck encircled by three horizontal rings. The weathered, pitted surface is marked by large chips along the edges and base that reveal a light-colored core beneath the muted blue-green glaze.
