A mottled gray and brown glazed steatite seal amulet, a thick circular disk used to impress clay, features a central design of interlocking, hook-shaped lines forming a symmetrical, rotating pattern. A notched border of small, vertical indentations rings the outer edge. The stone surface appears weathered and matte, with darker areas recessed into the carved lines, lending the object a textured, ancient quality.
