A translucent wax and varnish sculpture depicts a honey-colored bird resting on tucked legs. Its rounded body is mottled with a dark amber coating, giving the surface a textured, aged appearance. Facing right, the bird features a long, upturned beak and a single circular eye. Two thin strands extend from the back of its head to rest along its spine. Wings are sculpted close to its sides, emphasizing its compact, seated form.
