A ring features a central scarab beetle carved from green-glazed steatite, its shell marked by delicate incised lines. Patches of creamy tan and dark speckles interrupt the muted glaze. A thick, circular band with a weathered, dark green patina and rough texture supports the carving. Fine details represent the beetle's legs and a head facing right. Light reflects off the smooth, rounded surface, contrasting with the heavily textured, blackened band.
