A warm-brown wood sculpture depicts a slender cat carved from a sycamore fig tree. It sits upright, front legs straight with paws placed side by side while resting on tucked hind legs. The head features pointed ears and large almond-shaped eyes above a rounded snout that juts out from the face. A vertical grain runs down the worn surface of the body, which tapers significantly at the neck.
