A glossy black ceramic vessel features a tall hourglass-shaped body, flared rim, tiered circular foot, and two large handles curving from the rim to the lower body. Each handle has a knot-like protrusion near the top. Around the body of the vessel is a smooth, undecorated black finish. Areas around the rim and base are worn, revealing the reddish-brown clay beneath.
