Against a deep cobalt-blue ground, a square ceramic tile features a central, angular script character outlined in white with a light green interior. Spiraling turquoise vines bearing stylized flora flank the character: a white rosette with circular brown spots on the left and a four-petaled flower on the right. Banded borders of green, white, and brown frame the top and bottom edges. The tile's right and bottom margins are chipped and irregular.
