A gold earring features a scalloped openwork top detailed with blue and pink enamel scrolls and several inset pearls. Three cone-shaped pendants resembling clusters of grapes hang from gold rings at the base. These pendants are densely packed with small white pearls, each secured by a visible gold pin. The central cluster is longer and more voluminous than the two clusters flanking it. A gold wire hook extends upward and behind the ornament.
