A vertical woodblock print in muted colors depicts three women with light skin tones on a roofed boat. In the lower foreground, dark waves churn. Two women in green and teal kimonos kneel within the central cabin. To the right, a standing woman looks toward a bird in the upper third. Japanese calligraphy appears on the right (see "Inscriptions"). Fine lines define the scene against the pale, neutral background.
