A steel T-shaped tool features a horizontal crossbar with faceted segments and rounded ends. Below, a vertical shaft composed of ridged, bulbous segments tapers toward a decorative, flat base. The ornate bottom plate contains a central keyhole-shaped cutout flanked by two small circular holes. The dark gray metal surface displays a mottled, weathered texture throughout.
