A circular amber saucer features scalloped edges and twenty ridges radiating from an orange-brown center toward a translucent golden-yellow rim. Each ridge is inlaid with delicate gold floral sprigs and mother-of-pearl geometric patterns. A border of golden crescents and tiny dots follows the outer rim. The translucent material glows against a neutral background, highlighting the symmetrical goldwork and fluted surface of this intricately decorated piece.
