A tall, rectangular purple enamel etui features a rounded lid joined by a dark metal rim. Against a deep purple background, floral sprays of pink and white flowers with green leaves decorate the lid. On the body, a central flower with blue and white petals is flanked by green leaves and small gold insect motifs. Gold-colored scrollwork borders the edges, highlighting the object's vertical form.
