A gold ring features an almond-shaped gemstone carved from layered sardonyx. The lowest dark brown tier forms a human face with prominent eyes and full lips. Above, a band of opaque white stone rests like a headpiece. The uppermost brown layer depicts smaller, reclining figures. A smooth gold bezel encases the stone, tapering into a narrow band.
