Striated red-brown wood makes this long, slender scabbard, arching slightly left toward the base. A flared dark cap crowns the top, a small projection extending to the right. A thin braided band encircles the middle. Near the bottom, two light-colored parallel bands mark the transition to a smooth, dark, rounded tip. The wood's textured surface contrasts with the polished dark finishes of the cap and base.
