A vertically oriented etching in black ink on off-white paper depicts a massive, spreading tree that dominates the upper composition. In the lower left, three figures with light skin tones stand near a path, including a man in a cap. A flock of sheep moves from the center toward water in the foreground. Heavy cross-hatching creates deep shadows beneath the foliage, contrasting with a bright sky. A signature is printed at right.
