A circular bronze medallion with a dark, textured brown patina features relief carvings on two faces. On one, an armored figure on a rearing horse raises a flag before a towered wall. The reverse depicts a bird emerging from flames atop stacked cylinders beside a vertical sword topped with a crown. Shallow relief details define the movement of the horse and the stylization of the flames against the flat bronze surface.
