A horizontally oriented light paper features an airfield rendered in black and gray lithograph hatching. A massive hangar with a high, arched entrance and long, vertical curtains dominates the right side. Several biplanes rest on the grassy ground, while others soar through a sketchy, overcast sky. To the left, distant hills and small structures line the horizon. Two signatures are scrawled along the bottom edge of the monochromatic scene.
