Description

Cleveland Heights native Martin Linsey distills a busy moment on Euclid Avenue into a unified scene. Electric wires draw the eye through the composition, bridging the bright blue sky to the muted urban landscape below. Capturing unexpected beauty was a hallmark of Linsey’s work. His ability to encapsulate moments served him well as a Cleveland Museum of Art educator and a lifelong artist.
