A ring features a central, octagonal emerald with cloudy interior patterns. The gemstone is held within a thick, yellow-gold frame showing signs of age. To one side, a pear-shaped clear stone is inset where the textured band meets the setting. Red and blue enamel accents decorate the hand-worked gold, which displays small red markings along the irregular edges of the central frame.
