A horizontally oriented woodblock print triptych depicts nine figures with light skin tones in a garden. Clustered on the left, Prince Genji wears a tall hat and long robes, standing with a woman and child. At the center, a woman holds a lantern toward a veranda where four others sit. On our right, another woman plays a stringed instrument. Muted greens, tans, and blacks color the patterned garments and landscape.
