Ink and light color on a horizontally oriented six-panel folding screen depict an expansive landscape. Vertical gold strips segment the paper. On the left, small figures walk near buildings nestled among tall trees. Gnarled trees and a wooden bridge occupy the center. To the right, simple dwellings sit among rocky hills. Muted washes form distant mountains, while dark, expressive strokes define the craggy rocks and layered, textured foliage.
