A circular bronze medal, aged with a dark brown patina, features two winged child figures in relief flying toward a central rod. Below them, a vertical rectangle displays an architectural facade drawing, crowned by a leaf wreath. French inscriptions follow the beaded outer border and fill the spaces flanking the central panel. The relief highlights the children's rounded forms against the structured linear detail of the building and the surrounding text.
