A shallow, circular stoneware plate features a wide, upturned rim and a recessed foot. Its smooth, cream surface is scattered with small dark brown specks. Two broad, dark green glaze streaks run from the outer edge toward the center on our left and our right. The plate sits low and horizontal, its underside curving inward toward the base. Light catches the glossy finish, highlighting the flat interior and the gentle slope of the rim.
