A hanging scroll with ink and light color on tan silk depicts a mountain landscape with rounded peaks textured by layered brushstrokes. In the foreground, two figures walk a path among trees with spindly branches and reddish foliage. To the left, a waterfall cascades down rocky cliffs into a misty valley. Massive mountains rise behind, shrouded in hazy clouds. Chinese calligraphy and red seals are featured in the upper right (see "Inscriptions").
