A color woodblock print depicts Arashi Rikan II as Kizu Kansuke, a man with light skin tone standing with bent knees. He faces our left but looks back with a furrowed brow and downturned mouth. He wears a black kimono patterned with colorful stripes and circular motifs. He reaches over his right shoulder to grasp a sword hilt. Columns of Japanese calligraphy appear in the upper left and lower right against a plain background.
