Three skeletons are holding cups and passing around a bottle of sake.
A horizontally oriented ink drawing on light paper depicts three skeletal figures in loose, washed tones. In the lower center, two skeletons sit facing one another around a large gourd-shaped vessel; both hold small cups. A third skeletal figure looms behind them with its arm extended. Bold calligraphy fills the top and left side of the work, accented by a small red square seal in the lower left.
