A vertically oriented painting on paper depicts the blue-skinned god Krishna dancing and playing a flute at the center. Seven light-skinned women in saris of yellow, red, and purple surround him, playing musical instruments. On our left, three women look toward him; on our right, four more play music. Flowering trees populated by peacocks surround the white platform. Above, dark clouds are laced with gold lightning. A red border with script frames the scene.
