A golden bronze sculpture depicts a seated Maitreya Buddha cross-legged on a tiered lotus pedestal. He holds both hands in front of his chest, palms angled toward each other. He wears robes incised with floral patterns over his shoulders and legs. His hair is piled in a rounded protrusion with small curls. He has downcast eyes, long earlobes, and a small dot on his forehead.
