Description

Through intriguing combinations of objects and inventive lighting, Olivia Parker adds a touch of the surreal to her meticulously composed still life photographs. Shadows cast by unseen objects outside the frame enhance the enigmatic character of the image. Parker arranged her compositions on the studio floor and photographed them from above, often taking advantage of natural light to alter the ways things look.
