A rectangular stoneware box base has a thick, unglazed orange-brown rim. Its interior is coated in a mottled glaze where dark brown patches concentrate along the upper and left walls. A speckled, sandy-colored glaze fills the center, transitioning into a thick, translucent pool at the bottom. This glossy layer settles against the lower interior wall, contrasting with the matte, granular texture of the exposed clay.
