Description

One of the most insightful photographers of his generation, Sinsabaugh used a 12-by-20-inch banquet camera to make lyrical, sun-filled landscapes like this one, taken in New Mexico. He used this bulky camera to emphasize the breadth of space he was trying to understand and reveal.
