A horizontally oriented print in black ink on off-white paper overlooks a harbor skyline. Fine, intersecting lines define dense rows of buildings, dominated by a tall, pointed central spire. Below, a dark harbor wall at the left consists of heavy cross-hatching. In the water, short strokes suggest a small boat with rowing figures. Faint horizontal lines texture the sky. "DUNKERQUE" and a signature mark the lower right corner.
