One side of a vertically oriented buff page features thirteen lines of Persian calligraphy in black ink. Enclosed within a rectangular border of blue, red, and gold lines, the fluid script sits beneath a two-line horizontal header. Mottled brown stains mark the aged paper, which has a ragged right edge. A single Persian numeral appears in the upper left margin, and faint text shows through from the reverse side.
