A vertically oriented etching in black ink depicts a weathered stone building with a corner turret and a slender spire. To the right, two tiers of arched stone walkways rise over a dark passage. Dense, diagonal strokes create heavy shadows against the masonry, suggesting light from the upper right. Small birds scatter across the pale sky above the crumbling textures of the walls. A signature and date mark the lower margin.
