An etching depicts a stone gargoyle, its body rendered with dense cross-hatching that creates a weathered, pitted texture. In profile facing our left, the creature has a pointed ear, gaping jaws, and a muscular torso hunched upon a stone ledge. Below, a second carved head projects outward. Set against a plain cream background, the work is signed and dated "John Taylor Arms 1929" in the upper right and lower center.
