A horizontally oriented etching and drypoint on paper depicts a jagged mountain landscape against a vast, pale sky. In the lower half, dark, heavily hatched rocky mounds rise into a sharp silhouetted range. The upper half consists of mostly unworked paper, containing a faint, circular form low in the sky toward the right. Initials mark the upper left corner, while a signature appears in the lower right margin.
