Cleveland Crops, which operates Stanard Farm, supplies fresh vegetables and herbs for all of Zach Bruell’s restaurants.
Located near the museum in the St. Clair Superior neighborhood, the 2 ½-acre Stanard Farm is one of the locations where Cleveland Crops trains adults with developmental disabilities for employment in agriculture and food production. The food grown and processed by Cleveland Crops is sold to restaurants and commercial kitchens and feeds 100 area households.
