Did you know?

Winter bathing is a popular leisure activity in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Cold baths, as they are known in Sweden, offer a chance to be in nature during the winter. “As we spend more time than ever indoors looking at screens, neuroscientists demonstrate that time outside is vital to human health and happiness,” says Lucas Foglia.
