Did You Know?

Morris the Cat has been the advertising mascot for 9Lives brand cat food since the 1970s.

Description

Morris the TV spokescat, however, was an orange tabby. This white cat spread out on a shag carpet that echoes its own long fur, is shown with its owner Ann Harris, a friend of the artist. Noggle chose a low and odd angle to shoot from. Coupled with a slight distortion from the wide angle of the lens, it turns a domestic scene into an eerie one.
