A pair of vertically oriented silk panels is encased in a patterned gold and green textile border. The left panel depicts an orchid rendered in delicate ink washes; thin, arching green leaves sweep outward above tangled, earth-toned roots. Pale green blossoms with red centers sprout from the foliage. A small red seal marks the bottom corner. The right panel remains a blank, unadorned silk expanse within the intricate decorative frame.
