A horizontally oriented tan palm leaf features three rectangular blocks of dense black script, each containing six uniform rows. Two small circular holes punctuate the leaf, separating the text sections. The natural grain runs horizontally toward slightly frayed edges. Small marginal symbols and numbers are inked along the top edge and ends. The characters sit precisely against the fibrous, light-brown surface, creating a rhythmic pattern across the long, narrow manuscript.
